Welcome to CareerScope
CareerScope is an organisation developed to helping people achieve their personal and career goals. Offering personal counselling to assist with a variety of concerns, which may or may not be related to, triggered by, and/or exaccerbated by your career. Our careers services focus on career counselling and career coaching to assist individuals in their career journey, whether you are seeking assistance with a career related dilemma; preparation for the job search process; or consideration of a career transition.
If you have found yourself thinking any of the following, then now is the perfect time to talk to a CareerScope counsellor:
“I don’t know where my career is going.”
“I just can’t seem to get motivated.”
“I still don’t know what I want to do when I ‘grow up’.”
“I want to return to paid work after looking after my family, what skills do I have that will get me a job?”
“I want that person’s job but how do I get from here to there?”
“I’d like to start part-time work, but I’m not sure if it’s right for me or my family.”
“I’ve got all these ideas about what I’d like to do.”
“I’ve been thinking of moving on from this role for a while.”
“I have been out of the workforce for a while and I don't know where to start.”
“Getting a job doesn’t seem as straight forward as it used to – help!”
All of these questions are normal and regularly feature in career counselling sessions. CareerScope counsellors are all highly experienced and fully qualified members of the Career Development Association of Australia. We will work with you to achieve your objectives, whether you are seeking clarity through career counselling, coaching to support you through setting and achieving goals, or a complete career transition.
The CareerScope process is designed to be flexible and is adapted to each individual. Just as every individual is unique, so is each CareerScope programme.
CareerScope counselling sessions are confidential and can be conducted face-to-face or remotely (over the telephone or via email). Although, for best results, it is ideal if at least the initial session is conducted face-to-face.
We spend too many hours in paid work to settle for mediocrity – contact us today obligation-free.
